My day as a personal trainer at Core Progression begins bright and early. I arrive at our Wellness Center in Denver at 5:30 AM, ready to energize our early-bird clients. The facility is already buzzing with activity as I prepare for my first session.
Diverse Clientele, Personalized Approach
Throughout the morning, I work with a variety of clients, each with unique goals and fitness levels:
- A busy executive looking to maintain her health despite a hectic schedule
- A high school athlete preparing for the upcoming sports season

The diversity of our clientele keeps me on my toes, constantly adapting my training techniques to suit individual needs.
Midday Team Meeting
Around noon, we have a quick team huddle. We discuss new fitness trends, share success stories, and brainstorm ideas to enhance our services. It’s inspiring to be part of such a dedicated group of professionals.
Afternoon Sessions
After lunch, I head to our Arvada location for athletic training sessions. Working with aspiring athletes is incredibly rewarding, as we focus on sport-specific exercises to improve their performance and prevent injuries.
Evening Wind-Down
My day concludes with a few evening sessions at our Northglenn facility. It’s gratifying to see clients who’ve searched for “personal training near me” find their fitness home with Core Progression.
